1.1. By participating in Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective (the "Event"), all designers, models, sponsors, vendors, and attendees agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.
1.2. Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
2.1. All participants must complete the official registration and agree to the terms outlined before participating in the event.
2.2. Designers and models must adhere to the guidelines provided by the event organizers, including but not limited to rehearsals, fittings, and runway schedules.
2.3. Any participant found violating ethical or professional conduct may be disqualified or removed from the event at the discretion of the organizers.
3.1. Participation fees (if applicable) must be paid in full before the event.
3.2. All payments are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective.
3.3. Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants, including travel, accommodation, and personal expenses.
4.1. By participating, all designers, models, and attendees grant Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective the right to capture photos, videos, and other media content during the event.
4.2. Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective has the right to use this media for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, press releases, marketing materials, and broadcast distribution.
4.3. Participants retain the rights to their designs and personal brand, but any content captured during the event remains the property of Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective.
5.1. All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
5.2. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the event.
5.3. Participants are responsible for maintaining the integrity of their workspaces and ensuring they adhere to all venue policies.
6.1. Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
6.2. Participants acknowledge that they are attending the event at their own risk and agree to indemnify and hold harmless Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective and its partners from any claims, damages, or losses incurred.
6.3. Designers, models, and vendors are responsible for their own safety, insurance, and liability coverage if applicable.
7.1. Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective reserves the right to reschedule, relocate, or cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to venue restrictions, weather conditions, or public health concerns.
7.2. In case of cancellation by the organizers, registered participants will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds may be issued based on the situation.
8.1. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Delhi, India.
8.2. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be subject to arbitration in the jurisdiction determined by Riwaayat Fashion Week By Talent Collective.
